02Member Eligibility & Registration

To register as a Gacor99 member, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Gacor99 strictly prohibits underage participation and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Location: Gacor99 services are offered exclusively to residents of Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform does not violate any local laws in your jurisdiction.
• One Account: Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, email address, phone number, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Gacor99 reserves the right to request verification documents such as a copy of your identification card (MyKad) or other supporting documents.

03Member Account & Security

Your Gacor99 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, whether with or without your knowledge.

• Password: Choose a strong, unique password for your Gacor99 account. Never share your password with anyone, including Gacor99 staff — we will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.
• Secure Login: Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Immediate Reporting: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the Gacor99 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@gacor99.my.
• Two-Factor Authentication: Gacor99 supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. We encourage all members to enable this feature in their account settings.

Gacor99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

04Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the Gacor99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Gacor99 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Gacor99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your Gacor99 account within the timeframe stated above. If you experience any delay, please contact customer support with proof of your transaction.
• Gacor99 reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit suspected of being linked to illegal activity or fraud.
• All deposited funds must be legitimate and sourced from a bank account registered in the same member's name.

05Fund Withdrawal

Gacor99 members may withdraw their winnings subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: RM30,000 per day for standard members. Higher limits are available for VIP members.
• Identity Verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 require full identity verification, including a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit, or via direct bank transfer to an account held in the member's name.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.

Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means — including bonus abuse or fraud — will result in account freezing and further investigation.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

• Game Fairness: All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent third-party bodies. Game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, Gacor99 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet to the member. No winnings will be processed for incomplete rounds.

08Prohibited Member Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Gacor99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Gacor99's systems or databases.
• Using the Gacor99 platform for any form of money laundering.
• Using the platform for illegal business purposes or criminal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Gacor99 staff or other members.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Gacor99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any suspicious behaviour.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting Gacor99 customer support. All valid balances (after deducting any bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via their original payment method within 5 business days.

Accounts inactive for 12 months will be subject to an administrative fee of RM10 per month. Should the account balance reach zero, the account will be automatically closed.

10Disclaimer of Liability

Gacor99 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law:
